Generally, culture includes into its notion a broad circle of characteristics, important for people either in everyday life or well-organized processes and events. Variety of cultural components depends on specified requirements necessary for getting good understanding between members of the group, which, at the same time, are the creators of these cultural peculiarities. Any company, firm or organisation strives to be successful and get additional benefits. Hence, the main challenge for it is to develop an appropriate competence of the firm. For this purpose, each manager or director should work out profound preparations for personnel, to teach corporate culture to every worker.
According to Reh (2012), just an adaptive culture inside the establishment is able to reform it for better and bring more than one hundred percent of success and effectiveness. It helps to not only outrun all possible competitors, but also gives many opportunities to the leadership in its field. Doubtless, in order to promote the project and get positive feedback the responsible person has to manage all the details and combine employees’ attempts together. Pereverzev (2011) said about importance of project management, which presupposes knowledge, facilities and techniques fitting well all the requirements of the project. Quantitative, as well as qualitative aspects have a great value, too. In a case of their bad balance, the management is considered to be poor and brings bankruptcy or other failures.
Pereverzev (2011) distinguished the following elements to pay attention in corporate culture or, if necessary, change them: rituals and routines showing the behavior of people, different visual symbols of company, everything belonging to organizational and power structures, as well as the whole system of enterprise’s control. The author used the words of Graham, who described any project as a complex of people and different resources, applied for specified purpose, which usually has a fixed budget and definite terms (Pereverzev, 2011). Actually, in order to build a prosperous company every leader has to work with professionals. At the same time, knowledge as the most vivid index of workers should be
supported by successful strategies. Any growing project needs a peculiar circle of experts with their own ideas and experiences. Probably, experience is even more important issue to get effectiveness. Consequently, manager has to take strict measures against wasting time and fruitless activities. Only well-developed corporate culture, based on a good schedule and fine rules is worth advancement. According to Schulman (2010), corporate culture plays the greatest role in Operational Infrastructure. Furthermore, evaluation and next achievements follow highly disciplined methods. He added such important factors of corporate culture, as setting high standards for workers of every department, promotion of cooperation among personnel, even though some people have joint responsibilities. Besides, investing in technology is necessary for saving employees’ time and provide more qualitative results. Different kinds of monitoring, as well as regular back ups and concerning new solutions for implementation are very useful, too.
As a result, good co-operation among employees and employer is always possible when they follow effective rules of company and strategies for its further improvement. After all, people should be accountable for their work and time spending on the development of activities to reach the project requirements. Otherwise, in a case of neglecting these rules, fast collapse is inevitable. Everything begins with small steps, and either they will lead to success or to failure of organization, this mainly depends on manager’s tactics and policy including corporate culture.
