 The dinner is aimed to raise about $ 105,000. It is true that some moneys will be used in this procedure. This will be part of the move to gather money. It is better to use small money to attain big moneys. Another mode of fund collection to be launched is the drafting of proposals. Very many non profit foundations have been set up in this present time. These organizations are potential sources of income to be used. Other funds collection events include a talent night and a concert afternoon. All these events will involve utilization of money. However, more moneys will be realized.

The Charity Dinner

The dinner collection is expected to reach $ 100,000. Various preparation stages exist for this option. My team is expected to raise a total of $ 750,000 by the end of the season. The dinner preparations are as follows. One, the hall will be booked at a fee. The venue is set to be in one of the Toronto’s famous hotels. The location is very important so as to enable people to reach with great ease. Our expected guests are high profile in nature. This too is to be taken into consideration. Such high profile personalities can not feel free to dwell in substandard environments. All guests must also be well treated. We plan to buy foods and drinks that shall make our guests feel appreciated. This will set the mood for funds collection.

The group will also pay for the foods and drinks. We also plan to appreciate the staff that shall be on duty on this particular evening. The expenses hat shall be used on this day are up to $ 31,000. One key money collection point will be the charges put for every entrant. We shall charge $ 150 for every one person who gets in. excellent follow up and communication will need to be done to allow for total turn up. The introduction time will also aid in the collection of some funds. Each person will be allowed to deliver a 1 minutes speech. This session is meant to be interactive and enjoyable. All people who use more than one minute will be charged 50 dollars.

This money is quite big. However we have set our success criteria at 50%. This means that we hope to gat at least $ 500,000 from the proposals. We shall actually attach our budgets along side the proposals. The past experiences have revealed that half of proposals always go through. A lot of work must however be done in order to have great success in the proposals case. High levels of transparency in needed in such a venture. Many organizations will always demand for the leadership structure of non governmental organizations before they actually give the monies.
