Working together and re-examining the current issues faced in the working environment will benefit us:

Save the time waste in addressing the safety requirements of injured persons.

Create a good working environment for every one of us.

Improve the confidence of the workers in the organization.

Improve the public image of the hotel by improving perception. This will be achieved by making sure the effluents and wastes are properly handled.

The approach will improve the overall performance of organization due to increased confidence of employers.

I am therefore looking forward to meeting with you on next Friday, March 25, 2011 at 2:00 am, in my office to discuss further information. This will be the way forward for our hotel.
