The contemporary youth policy is dependent on the family, as it helps the youth in pursuing their life objectives successfully. Those family structures that are economically poor have been depicted to have the young ones unable to pursue the tertiary education, and are the most vulnerable people working fulltime, unlike those from the wealthier class who are able to work part-time, while they pursue their education. The family support is the factor that contributes to the completion of the tertiary education.
