This research seeks to accomplish the following issues with regards to organization motivation  and its role in the success of the organization; (i)To determine the various organizational factors that exist in the company X. (ii)To establish how the identified factors contribute to the success or failure of the organization. (iii)To determine how management can use the existing organization motivation factors, such as promotion, pay rise to build a successful business empire.

Research Hypothesis

This research intends to answer the following questions related to organization motivation and its role in the success of the Company X; (i) What are relationships between the organization motivation and the success of the organization (ii) What are the relationships between the organization motivation and the failure of the organization ( Guach, 2003).

Main Theory

The research will rely on the work of Edgar H. Schein book on, ‘Organization motivation and leadership’. The book discussed how organization motivation and the evolution process of organization culture can be created, and how the motivation in any given organization can be changed. The book shows how leaders can apply organizational motivation factors to improve the organization's effectiveness. This book, therefore, provides a strong theoretical framework for this study (Gulowsen, 1972).

Research Methodology

The data for the study shall be gathered from both secondary and primary sources. Questionnaires and interviews used to collect data from the company X for the purpose of this study. The respondents will be senior managers, subordinates, supervisors and various stakeholders of the company, such as customers. The questionnaires will contain issues related to the topic of the research. The respondents should know that their rights and their anonymity should be guaranteed before they participate in the study.

Conceptual Models

The research independent variable will be on organization motivation, while the dependent variables will be on various organizational motivation factors that contribute to the success of the organization.

Sampling Intervention

The sample size for the research survey will consist of 100 respondents. The respondents consist of workers from the two factories, that is, Huamark and Rangsit. They will constitute both the top management workers and junior workers. The respondents are chosen randomly from all the Company X departments (Trochim,2006).

Part 2

The Role of Job Satisfaction in Growth of an Organization

Research Objectives

This research intends to achieve the following objectives;

(i) To determine how what factors that bring job satisfaction in a given organization

(ii) To establish the role of job satisfaction in the growth of an organization (iii) To determine various factors that contribute to the growth of the Company X. The objectives achieved through carrying out a study in Company X on how the job satisfaction can be used to build a successful organization.

Research Hypothesis

The study intends to answer the following key questions;

(i) What are the relationships between  job satisfaction and organization growth: H0

(ii) What are the relationships between satisfaction in the work place and failure of an organization: Hi

Main Theory

The main source of theoretical framework for this research topic will be Franklin Covey’s book,’ Brain Training for Teams’. The book focuses on the team building processes, ways of increasing communication and cooperation in groups. Therefore, the book provides a strong theoretical framework of analyzing the research topic, and then it shall provide the basis for comparison between the theoretical and practical frameworks ( Dackert &Mårtensson,2004). The work will help to show the relationship that exist between teams building and job satisfaction in an organization.

This research intends to tackle the following issues related to the leadership and its role in the success of the Company X; (i) What is the relationship between organization leadership and the failure of the organization (ii) What is the relationship between the leadership and the success of the organization.
