This would also have identified the existence of any discrepancies between employees' skills and the skills required with the employee identifying the right area to utilize all employee skills and knowledge as well as the discrepancies between workers current and future skills that could be of use to the organization. Similarly, this would have led to the description of what Bob wanted the learners to be able to do at their respective work places after completion of the workshop training hence give them a clear direction on what was expected of them.
